Why isn't Cover pushing Fauna more? Isn't she pretty much the second most popular en after Gura yet you rarely see her get any brand deals or special events

Agreed, but ccv isn't really that great of a metric either because it tends to fluctuate depending on game/overlap/etch circumstances and you cant really market/advertise your talent with statements like "she gets on average around 8k ccv!!!"

It appears like Fauna put her foot down with avoiding idol stuff. In turn, management is not giving her any merch deals or any attention whatsoever. So she's basically just there - being a quiet little mouse, not costing much, but not bringing much either. Probably will get culled when the investors whine about her line not going up.

Fauna is pretty passive and low ambition, she is full of insecurities and too shy to seek a spotlight, and this year in particular she still seems burned after overworking herself last time in Japan. That aside tho, the biggest issue is her completely useless, incompetent, even more passive manager. If only she got someone who actually cared 1% to work on her, she would push herself, because she isn't a type to complain and fight back, and she would understand it's good for her in the long run. Wouldn't be as active as the biggest hard workers around, sure, but she would get out of her comfort zone if she had manager supporting her and helping her with projects she could handle. She doesn't have one tho, she is completely on her own, and since she is doing pretty well already (good supas, one of the best merch sales in EN, high viewership), she prioritizes not stressing herself over taking on projects she isn't confident in. She NEEDS someone from management to push her in the right direction, instead she has someone who doesn't watch her streams, doesn't bother to shill her bday merch when she is sick, or even organize perms like Hardcore Minecraft or Dark Souls in time.

This pisses me off the most. As a project manager for a big 4 tech company, logistics and communication is probably the most important part of being a PM. Your whole purpose is to make THEIR job (whether it be streaming or coding) as easy as possible behind the scenes. This means tardwrangling, being one step ahead of your talent and even predicting what perms she'd want in the future.
Plus I feel like Fauna needs a lot of affirmation and support, but with the RPG sessions, I think Fauna's made a lot of progress this year.

I don't think saplings generally care about the idol shit because it's not really her thing. The infrequent karaoke streams are cute but I don't think anyone in en (besides irys and sometimes kiara) are capable enough singer. I like Fauna. She streams regularly when a lot of EN does not. She has a regular stream time, which is great for planning. Whatever might be going on internally at cover that is frustrating or discouraging she will still stream. EN rarely gets brand deals or inclusion in special events unless they live in JP or are Gura.

Isn't she essentially an indie with a holo logo glued on? So far she's one if the two holos I can watch consistently. Go ahead and list any of the en that are good enough singers on their own to support a music career besides irys. Only about half of the girls can even sing in pitch, let alone have strong voices.
