For NA, it's from 10am PST/ 1pm EST till 5 pm PST/8pm EST on a Sunday. I think the earlier ones aren't too bad for Euros too, but it gets pretty late by the end.
The problem is moreso how they literally announced that the debuts are happening today 6 hours ago, when most people are probably still think it's delayed indefinitely. That and Youtube has been fucking with their accounts so much we have no idea what fuckery is in store.
