Some of that is because this is still a "new" industry when it comes to shitty business practices causing graduations outside of niji/holo, but it's not like corruption in some other instances is unique to this hobby anyway.
If Aqua's situation was actually as bad as some "people" were trying to paint it, then she wouldn't be graduating "normally", they'd have just terminated her like Rushia, daboiz, Mel(who was most likely just negligent)etc.
You also wouldn't have a pretty open dialogue from the other girls discussing the state of the company and how they feel about their job, which is generally outright praise.
