As for Dokibird they flat out can't get her, she'd already expressed sentiment that a corpo would need to offer her something she can't get by herself, and explicitly called out that she wouldn't stop doing the upkeep stuff by herself if she joined any... so that's the major thing Vshojo could offer gone.
