They can't force her to stay if she doesn't sign a contract though, and if the boredom grows too strong she'll be out of there regardless. For the average person having like a million in savings + a bunch extra liquid is enough to live off of for quite some time, and she's undoubtedly reached that with how well her merch does.

which is a rrat, but honestly one I believe then they're also accelerating how quickly she'd feel comfortable leaving, assuming the company doesn't warp and shift around her specifically to keep her happy.
