If you're strict about being one stream(no restarts) it would be the first terraria stream at 11 hours 58 minutes and 4 seconds.
If you allow for restarts I think it would be one of the Momotaro Dentetsu endurance streams just before new years (29th dec), that one is at a little under 16 hours when combined. The other stream of the same game that lasted between the 26th and 27th would also be a contender, above 16 hours, but she had a break of about 10-20 min before the new frame where as the break on the 29th was under 5 minutes.
And of course there is always her 24 hour streams, but those had breaks in it so it should probably be disqualified.
