It is not necessary to have the best tracking in order to have a chuuba go live and once they are live it is not necessary to improve the rigging/model to continue making money. On top of this, Cover uses an in-house program that is SEVERAL years behind v-tubing studio, and v-tubing studio isn't the best or most advanced software there is.
This results in Holo making sub-standard rigging for otherwise great models which look generally stiffer than the competition. Indies on the other hand have every incentive possible to have both a good model and good rigging as they need every advantage they can get and none of the restrictions of a corporation preventing them from getting those, except you know, money.
Neither is better than the other, I will not engage in your tibalfaggotry, they simply have different pros and cons.
