As you can see with this list, most have mascots and have fan representations. Also most of the above use their fan mascots in stuff like 3d's or events except for Ina, Kiara, and maybe Irys, but I can't say for sure. But if you look at merch, you'll usually see a mix of the fan character and the mascot being used. As for day to day, I still think most have some element in their stream, wether it be a background asset/background image or direct reference like Ame with Bubba or FuwaMoco with Pero.
Yeah, I bet you forgot that Ina's mascot was not originally Takos and that AO-kun was supposed to be something more.
