Three things don't make sense in this "getting married" theory:
1. She can marry while in holo. Cover doesnt forbid talents having private life. There are married holos and holos with boyfriends. Aqua doesnt need to graduate to marry.
2.The potential husband is also famous so the "ordinary happiness" she sung about in one of her recent songs wouldn't work here unless he graduates too and removes himself from public eye, which doesn't seem like happening.
3. In her karaoke Aqua stated the reason why she is graduating. She said that there are great forces she is not convinced of

She confirmed this later during her announcement stating "creative differences" as the reason for graduation.
That's why I dont think her graduation has anything to do with a potential marriage but a severe and deep issue with Cover as a company, which was also the reason why A-chan left.
