I think the biggest problem seems to be that Beri gave no guidelines on how the RP was supposed to work (tho maybe she has in a discord group with them).
It just seems she accepted a bunch of people no matter the level of RP knowledge, which is fine, but she should've given some tips to those who are new, since they don't seem to understand the basics and are just treating it like a GTA Online server.

A good chunk of the server is 2 views that don't see much discussing here, and most of the corpo threads don't like their chuubas playing with males. The only place you're probably gonna find people talking positively about the server is in the holostars general. That leaves very little reason for people to come here to talk about VTRP.

as far as I know RP servers normally have a "no regard for own life" rule, which means don't behave as if you had infinite lives in a game and no consequences for anything. that should be enforced since day one even if your character is a criminal.
