the illustrator should separate the hair layers properly
the rigger should request the hair on the head to be separated properly
hololive at seeing how things are looking should ask both the artist and the rigger to fix it, cover is at fault here because they allow these kind of thing, if cover denies that kinds of requests from the rigger and if the artists doesnt know, cover should know better inform the people and shit
