If, for example, she actively wants to do particular things (like streaming, gaming tournaments, etc) and Hololive instead wants her to, say, do more promotional stuff and spend less time doing the things she wants to do, what would you suggest she does?
Because for anyone else the advice in a similar situation would be "find a new job".
