i know someone in holo, the real problem is permissions. Aqua is a hyper non-assertive, introvert type. she liked just doing her thing without interacting with management. hololive requires permission for EVERYTHING now, it's the same problem EN is having now.
so aqua would rather not stream then ask for permission for every stream she wants to do. it's too much for her.
there are EN girls about at this point too right now. gura's been there for about 2 years now.
