>>83922407Yes. Coco was caused by extenuating circumstances and there's no way anyone could have predicted how much that situation would spiral out of control. Sana was clearly never a good fit for corpo life and her heart wasn't in it from very early on, if anything the fault here would have been a flawed hiring process. A-chan if you count her seems to have had no choice but to leave because of her family. Aqua is the first completely clean graduation of a long-standing talent without an asterisk on it and that I think is a very impressive record.
Now as far as terminations go, the record is a lot more spotty and I put a lot more blame on Cover there. Rushia sure, she was the queen of menheras but there was still some mismanagement involved. Triangle was a bit more dubious but still seemed somewhat out of Cover's hands. Mel though absolutely didn't deserve it and that's the real black spot for me.
