2) Said director gathered Holo fans from the industry and each did it for their favourite girls
3) First draft got released, massive success
4) Final PV got released, also very successful
That's the whole history of the PV. Now, there is the rest of "HoloAlt" that became lots of other things like HoloWitches and the manga with Ayame, Fubuki and Mio but that's not what I assume you're talking about
