There are plenty of companies people fellate despite having a "fuck the customer" ideology (disney had a client dying due to misinfo and people stiff suck their dick, nintendo constantly fucks with their consumers and it's still almost taboo to badmouth them), but as soon as they mess with their own employees, things can actually go bad since there might "leaks" that damage their public image or worse, put them on an audit.
