>>84248176If you're just trying to beat the game, and that's the extent of how you want to play it, then no, not really. It really is much more sandbox-y then most other games on the market. Terraria has a set sense of progression where there is a concrete next step with side content (though relatively shallow) at each point. Minecraft's depth isn't linear, beating the game is piss easy and can be done in under an hour by your average player, and 20 minutes for a speedrunner. But most of it's side content is fleshed out and if you're into that kind of thing, you can find thousands of hours of entertainment from it.
