It was just them reading replies on one of the threads dismissively live on stream. Nobody believes they have a friend that is taking screenshots of posts, then sending it to them while they're live, and then they stop and interrupt their stream to respond to it. Rather than they're /here/ and astroturfing themselves 24/7.
