Mori's been growing into Holo for a good while and one could argue her being so actively supportive of Tempus was more of a proof for than against, because she treated Advent in the same exact way, but since one would push people away while the latter would bring them in, people are more likely to notice the change "starting" with Advent, which is fairly reductive
personally I think it was a very ongoing process with lots of painful experiences jerking her one way or another, with Coco and Sana's graduation and Rushia's termination putting her in a particularly bad mindset about Holo for a good while in her early career, which only started passing further
