I think it's fine for the vsinger to be a bit unique like that. She's not afraid to get into collabs with EN and JP so I think she can act as a nice bridge between the two regions.

Strangely enough, IRyS is the only holoEN I actually care about. Originally I only subbed out of a strange pity, but she actually kinda won me over. Watching the other 2 HoloEN gens only makes me appreciate her more

IRyS will be fine. So far, it seems that her Japanese is good enough and she is pretty sociable. Even leaving asides her personal traits (good singing skill, funny personality and all that), she will still be able to act as a nice bridge between EN groups and EN / JP

Honestly, Irys is looking pretty good right now. Singing in HoloEN2 is aggressively bad, they seem to have concluded that English audiences don't care about the idol thing. The best singer of the bunch is Risu'ing herself (I hope baelz abandons the higher pitched voice). None of them hold a candle to Irys, and I think it's better for Irys that she is on her own.

I honestly think Cover is getting away from the idol stuff for the EN branch due to the huge logistics issues. It must be pretty hard to get talent all over the world to get into actual studios for music, not to mention 3D model stuff.

With Mori and IRyS it isnt really an issue since theyre in Japan.

Guys this is a branding and money thing, as in "vsingers" are corporately a different holo brand, on paper, meaning Irys has a unique contract unlike any other of the other girls, and it most likely has to do with how holo wants to go about music and licensing work etc. This could be a way/the beginning of holo creating different contracts etc for talent that will be focused towards creating licensed media content more so than live streaming etc.

Imo she already has, they put out an EP on the day she debuted lol. But who knows when they'll have her do more and if i'm correct it's more or less an obligation on her end so they'll either hype it up or just surprise everyone with another random album drop like the debut.
