My method should still probably work, the only truly hard part about this is you'll need to communicate in english.
Just try going to places and talking to people since you'll most likely stand out being EU so starting convo's shouldn't be to hard
Also remember that you shouldn't visit places you wouldn't want your future (hag) wife hanging out at all the time (Example night clubs and stuff)
