CC called her asking her what she was doing since they were gonna do the first dungeon and Shiori said she was gonna do the first dungeon. Obviously, there's a mismatch there that would take a good while of waiting on one side for them to match schedules.
Not even Shiori wanted to wait one hour to do a dungeon like that, which is why she ended up doing a solo run rather than waiting for Rissa & Co.
That said, everyone could wait for everyone if they truly wanted to. Let's not start pretending everyone's all that fixated on the 2deep4u lore or something. This is yet another problem caused by the retarded gay meeting fucking up the teams and souring moods on day 1.
