It's a bit more than a week away, but less than 2 weeks. It will be either bad news or no news for EN; it won't be good news, except possibly in the "no news is good news" sense if applicable.
....Also the close of business next Friday (the 13th) is the start of the first of two consecutive 3 day weekends, since the 16th and 23rd are market holidays. If they think that officially announcing the closure of the EN branch will make them cross the thermocline with the investors, then they'll probably announce it on the 13th at 3pm JST, so as to make the investors wait as long as possible and potentially cool their tempers a little bit before they sell off the stock on the next business day.
