anycolor wins regardless of morality, a defamation lawsuit doesn't mean they protected their reputation, this is just to prove that your public statement damaged in a monetary way the company or the individual creating the lawsuit, the problem for this lawsuit to happen is that doki must have a residence in japan at the time of employment, so anycolors lawers can't even make a lawsuit to doki because they did not comply with the japanese law in their own contract because doki doesn't have japanese nationality and she doesn't have residence in japan and anycolor, the contract they are providing isn't fit for non japanese people that live overseas, if you ask anyone anycolor's lawers are the shittest i have heard about in a long time since the amber's heard trial, you can't apply a contract that is made for japanese people to nonjapanese and expect the same results, anycolor is super stupid contracting those shitty lawers xD
doki wins if she provides an harrasment lawsuit both in japan or canada because this is not a defamation lawsuit, the problem with the harrasment lawsuit is that you dont win money out of it, you just damage the reputation and win little to no money that will go to the lawsuit cost but because she already damaged the reputation of anycolor which is the goal of that lawsuit why do a lawsuit if you already achieve what you wanted?
