She did not envision the first one would last 31 days. That was chat making it last that long. For that reason she capped subathon 2 at 30 days and has done the same thing here, and in both cases lowered the time per sub. In short, if chat wants her to stay, they have to earn it.
So for Mouse it started out as a test of her health and abilities. After that, it became an event, an event that both she and her chat enjoys. For Ludwig it was torture for Mouse it is the ultimate parasocialism: chat gets to keep her around as long as they want.
