The idea behind Justice was clearly to be an EU-based gen that streamed at times optimal for EU viewers, but I'd imagine finding people who are from the EU, fluent in English, and also good enough for Hololive is pretty hard, hence them going with three EU members and an American.
>>84473909I don't see why they'd plan on EN3 being four members from the start when the first two generations were five each, it definitely just turned out kinda being that way because they picked up Fuwamoco. I do think that them winding up with four channels for Advent is why they decided it was fine for Justice to be four members and didn't sweat too much over getting (or backfilling, if someone backed out/got axed) a fifth, though. I'd bet on EN5 being five members assuming it's another NA-based gen.
