Ushi (after flipnote ended she decided to rebrand) -> Delta (then realised there were a lot of people named Delta so added some extra characters) -> Delutayaya (was hard to write and say so she dropped a "ya", some of her acquaintances at the time nicknamed her Tayaya) -> Delutaya
Now I have the Ayaya scene from Kiniro Mosaic stuck in my head. Wonder if someone will do Delu-themed fanart of that
