/d/ and find the stable diffusion general. they will have instructions in the op on how to get started. long story short: get stable diffision forge. get an anime model, i recommend some pony mix like autismn pony (have a look around and do make your own opinion). for simple edits what you do is sketch in the change you want( does not have to look good) on your img and then inpaint it. it will take some time getting used to the interface, but you can just ask /sdg/. they are mostly nice and helpful except for the resident schizo all threads have.
