Henya is retarded, I'm sorry to say it, but holy crap has she become a dumb character. It's spilled over from late-career Pikamee.
Early Pikamee was intelligent, had a brash personality, and was way more confident in her bilingual knowledge. Over time, she's become ignorant, meek, and claims to not know English as well anymore. I think she's tried too hard to become cute and it has rotted her brain.
