It is extremely unlikely for Niji EN to exist long enough for Iluna to get their 3D debuts, and even less likely for Xsoleil to get theirs.
If the members of the other waves want 3D models, they will need to learn how to make their own models from scratch in MMD/Blender/etc. and then export the models to VR Chat. They'll also need to figure out a way to do this without getting punished by management just for wanting to have a 3D model (Claude definitely wouldn't get punished; and YQW probably wouldn't either, unless he gets caught plagiarizing fanworks again)
