Sana got her sizes on the "size comparison" chart completely wrong, assuming her actual size is 16978400 km tall.

Sana's size is large enough to describe it in light terms. Specifically, Sana is about 94.4% of a light minute long. That means that when she moves, there would be enough of a lag between when you saw her head and when you saw her feet moving that it would take a minute for her movement to reach your eyes.
In comparison to the solar system, though, she's right in saying that's she's not particularly huge, but she's still about 12 times the size of our sun. In terms of distance between the earth and the sun, she's approximately 11.4% of that. Meaning that you could fit a little under 9 of her in between our sun and the earth.
