It might be, but it was never confirmed, it's purely speculation.
What was confirmed was her lying about everything while doing GFE and having a partner for a decade, during the donothon leaking DMs to him about condom flavors, sneaking him into multiplayer games with her fans pretending he was a fan then later leaving him for a viewer.
