The problem with Fauna as a leader is that Kronii and IRyS absolutely refuse to listen to her, especially when they are together. The Ender Dragon fight is the prime example of this where Fauna was trying to explain the mechanics, Kronii kept talking over her to IRyS, and then when Fauna had enough she actually directly told Kronii to stop talking over her and pay attention, but Kronii just interrupted her and kept talking. Fauna then gave up, and the group were later confused about what to do in the fight.
So Fauna can organize a collab, but she can't lead when Kronii and IRyS are around because they are incredibly disruptive. Bae can organize stuff quite well, but can't effectively lead a collab. The rest can't organize or lead, so that sort of leaves Fauna as the least worst option.
