I think they definitely considered it for a while, because fuwawa did do solo streams turn the first sick arc. But for whatever reason, they've decided against that.
Additionally, it's just a weird vibe to be like "hey my dear, sick, suffering sister, I'm going to go in the other room and make loud noises for two+ hours, okay bye!"

I don't think they necessarily decided against solo streams. When Fuwawa did it, it was a scheduled thing because Mococo had a prolonged condition that would have otherwise kept them from streaming for a while. This time is just something that just came up, and they prefer to outright cancel the stream than improvise something else.

Fuwawa isn’t loud on her own, though, quite the opposite. That being said, I’d imagine the choice to not do so depends on the illness and, ultimately, they may just not want to use solo streams that often, and certainly not for games such as DKC.

The also don’t like to improv and swap stream concepts on the fly, because they don’t want people to miss it due to lack of notice. Same reason why they rarely do Guerillas. I feel awful whenever this happens. I’m used to being blown off by canceled streams, circumstances are out of control sometime. But with Mococo, she’s talked about how keeping a stream time commitment is important to her because she knows that plenty of Ruffians make time to wake up and watch them. And yet she’s the one with a chronic health condition that takes her out every month or so. She takes that hard and ends up crying whenever it happens. I wish I could convey to them that is truly okay, because there’s no way to say that on YouTube or Twitter without it just being an empty platitude from a fan.
