Its also worth pointing out that this report likely spanned the period of May to July 31st, meaning that the aftermath of the Selen shock finally hit them hard.
tl;dr management finally realized they fucked up hard, they're giving the talents what they want so that they DON'T leave, and that's probably why people like Scarle and Rosemi aren't leaving any time soon.
