So I just watched this clip of our favorite reaper with the context being about joining HoloEN., and she said something I don't quite understand. What does 'you have to be a certain way' mean? What way exactly? She then gives some examples of the no-no: 'hard to get along with among other girls','might get into a fight', 'get jealous of others easily', 'not petiness allowed'. Like, how would they even know half of these from the interview?
