Depends on how COVER/Japan classifies them as employees. If they're merely contractors, none. If they're salaried, depends on a few other factors.
All we know is they have a (albeit clearly not enforced) minimum number of streams per week they "must" do, aside from that, probably safe to assume other days are free game.
