With Doki back in march or april or whenever she showed back up, she was constantly cracking jokes about Selen or referencing stuff from their time together, but the only ever mention of Elira/Nova was when someone asked if she played minecraft before on debut with Nova and she just responded with, "Oh yeah, I did," and then immediately changed the subject.
Granted, I'd LOVE to be proven wrong and find out everyone's one big happy family behind the scenes, butt it doesn't seem to be the case in this specific circumstance between Mint, Doki, and Elira/Ike/Vox.
Hell, I'd doubt Mint gave Ike the time of day beyond a simple "hello" walking by at a coffee shop or whatever. I can't even imagine them talking at length without "What the fuck were you thinking with that stream?" coming up almost immediately.
