>>85099079>They sporadically delete commentsNot the same thing, as it doesn't affect the actual video, and comments were likely never established as relevant evidence either It's not at all so broad It'll be just the video specifically that cannot be tampered with.
>The courts don't require evidence to be kept on public displayNot the point. The point is them changing anything about the video after the point where it's registered as evidence is a no-go, which can include how it's displayed. Now AnyColor could obviously contest this and it wouldn't be too difficult, but that would leave a record, something a competent lawyer would advise them against.
Furthermore, taking down or hiding the video can be quickly turned into an admission of wrongdoing, they'd need a hell of an excuse otherwise if it ever does go to court. It's not exactly as straightforward as I'm making it sound summarizing things on a Chinese basket weaving forum, but that is the gist of it.
But yes, it's still pretty likely AnyColor is just dumb, and no such case has ever been filed in the first place. It's merely a possibility that's fun to think about. I see no reason to believe Doki would even care to get her lawyer to do that other than that it's what I would do just to fuck with them.
