TLDR: If you're serious about this, only dumbells ain't gonna cut it. Get a gym membership, it can be the cheapest, nearest gym you can find, you don't need machines. Don't look for "the best way", just pick a beginner program, any program, and stick with it. This is the most important part - sticking with it. Not for a couple days, not for couple weeks, for months.
You can start with 5x5, it's piss easy to get into, you don't have to use your brain at all, just do what the app tells you to do. Cons are the same - you won't actually learn what exercise does what and you'll be bored to tears from no variation.
You can start with Greyskull LP, it's better in the long run, but it requires some minimal neuron activation to get into.
Eat at least 100g of meat-based protein per day(important).
Sleep for 8+ hours per night(extremely important)
Good luck, we're all gonna make it.
