And if management decides that the entire project counts as a "must finish before graduating" project for everyone involved, rather than just the songs they were involved in, then neither Petra nor Rosemi nor anyone else with a Niji Encounter song can leave before December's song gets published; except by termination, graduation by contract expiration, or "graduation" by branch dissolution.
....oh, and management is almost certainly gonna put one or both of Petorose in the live show on the weekend of Dec 20-22. They promised some EN livers would attend, and management is petty and spiteful enough to "randomly" add to the show a few EN livers who put in their graduation notices right after Selen's termination and whose contracts expire at some point after the show ends. Again, the only way out would be to get either terminated or culled beforehand.
