EN on the other hand started without males and interactions with males have been generally very safe and tame, so the ambient is different, not to mention people over here don't have the best opinion of en male vtubers and there's already people who worry over the males joining just to fuck the girls (aka a Shinto Raito) and let' be honest, a male flirting with the girls, even if it's in a playful manmer like Reza with Hana, would set off the alarms of those people.
So yeah, I don't see het ships happenning in EN, unless the fans go full delusion and make them themselves in their heads, especially since some of the girls have already been leaning into the whole yuri thing, mostly Elira and Pomu desu.
