I got this from the Miofa Discord
ANYC FubuMio
The one-hour event was divided into three parts, with each part lasting about 20 minutes.
First was a brief self-introduction. When Fubuki appeared, she blocked her face with the sunglasses Yagoo picture that she posted on Twitter, and the crowd cheered for Yagoo.
Mio’s first words (in English) were, "Hey guys, my name is Mio Ookami." This was Fubuki's second time in New York, but it was Mio’s first.
Then came the first part: a live Q&A session. Audience members were randomly selected to answer questions posed by Fubuki and Mio. There were four questions in total, with increasing difficulty.
- **First question**: A Miofa dressed in Mio's hoodie holding Fubuki and Mio plushies was chosen.
The question was: "What animals represent the Gamers group?" The fan correctly named the other three members of Gamers but hesitated at Fubuki's part, goading the crowd on for a response.
The crowd begins shouting "Cat!" This trigged Fubuki, the MioFa then apologizes to the crowd and answers "Fox," which was the right answer.
- **Second question**: A Mio cosplayer with an impressive costume and a deep voice was chosen.
The question was: "What is Gamers' group song this year?" The choices were: A) 光になれ (Become the Light), B) We are Gamers, C) おにおにこんこんわおん (Onioni Konkon Waon), D) SSS.
The cosplayer answered correctly without issues.
- **Third question**: A kenzoku dressed in Towa's casual clothes, holding Fubuki and Towa plushies, was asked: "What are the names of Gamers’ fan groups?"
The kenzoku answered correctly for Sukonbu and Koronesuki, but they muffed Miofa and when it came to Okayu's fan group, they mistakenly said "Onigiri" instead of "Onigirya."
As punishment, they had to say "Konyappi" in a cute voice.
- **Fourth question**: A cosplayer dressed as Raden was selected and asked to list the birthdays of the Gamers members in the correct order.
The fan didn’t know, so a fan in yellow from the back volunteered to help, guessing "Okayu, Fubuki, Mio, Korone" — but it was incorrect.
The right order was "Okayu, Mio, Korone, Fubuki." The punishment was Raden's matsutake dance.
The second part of the event was an English proficiency test.
The host remarked that they heard Fubuki and Mio practice English during their streams.
Mio sarcastically replied, "Really?" and Fubuki joked that "Even 35-chan (Miko) is fluent in perfect English, no problem."
The rules: The host would say a correct phrase in Japanese, and three participants would read corresponding English translations from papers handed to them.
Fubuki and Mio would then choose the correct one.
- **First question**: "I want to take a ferry to see the Statue of Liberty, my favorite symbol of freedom."
- The first fan read the correct version, and the crowd shouted "USA!"
- The second fan, holding a Fubuzilla plush, read, "I want to take a ferry to see a mouse, my favorite symbol of New York," which excited the Baerats.
- The third option was: "I want to take a ferry to see Freedom Lady, my favorite symbol of freedom."
Fubuki and Mio chose the first.
- **Second question**: "I think Fubuki is a fox, and Mio is a wolf."
- The first fan read, "I think Fubuki is a Japanese goblin, and Mio is a mother," which made everyone laugh.
- The second fan read, "I think Fubuki is a cat, and Mio is a dog."
- The third was the correct answer.
Fubuki commented that she’s not a cat but a fox, while Mio accepted being called "Mama."
- **Third question**: "I love bagels, but I also like hot dogs."
- The first fan, Jimmy (Mukirose), read: "I like beagles, but I also like American dogs. I don’t know which one I prefer."
- The second fan, a Sukonbu (Fubuki fan), had the correct answer, but Mio joked that it sounded the same as the first one.
- The third fan, cosplaying as Captain Jack Sparrow with a Korone plush on his hat, read: "I like foxes and wolves, but I don’t know which one is better at gaming."
Mio immediately ruled out the third one but couldn’t decide between the first and second. Fubuki claimed to know the answer, and Mio called her a genius.
In the end, Mio guessed correctly and proudly declared, "I am a genius!"
The last part of the event was the song segment, featuring four songs.
- Mio performed **Howling** solo.
- Then Fubuki performed **KON KON Beats**.
- Finally, they performed two duets: **百花繚乱花吹雪** (A Hundred Flowers Blooming in the Snowstorm) and **SSS**.
They were exhausted after singing **百花繚乱花吹雪**, especially since Ayame wasn’t there to join them.
After the performance, the audience turned for a group photo with Fubuki and Mio, who said, "See you next time!" before the event ended.
