Gura would be huge and would be my favorite option but I kind of consider that the least likely unfortunately.
I think Mouse is fairly plausible, she had interest in doing something similar in the past I think and she won the awards last year so she shouldn't have issues recusing herself.
Doki is also very plausible, she has the recognition, did something kind of similar with wrestle tuber and she's worked with Filian in the past. Only issue with her is Niji might boycott, but then maybe not if they want to give the appearance of moving past the drama.
I consider Mouse or Doki the most likely right now.
