I've heard this a lot, but I don't understand it at all. Sure, she's overdesigned, but so is everyone in EN2 but Mumei. If anything Kronii sticks out as looking weird for people unfamiliar with FGO designs. Besides, she has objectively the most erotic body in Hololive???

This is something that I've dreaded addressing, but could it be that Sana's accent turns people off? Of course, as a red-blooded American her accent is incredibly cute, but is it possible that to people living in Australia her accent is annoying?
