You cut on meat - you gain weight, you cut on carbs - you have no energy, you exercise with the same amount of calories you did before - you have no strength and your muscles don't grow, you eat more calories - you gain weight, you forget to add salt - you feel like shit, you add more salt - you feel like shit, you stop eating any sweets - there's literally no difference, maybe it's the macro/micro elements so you start taking supplements - there's literally no difference.
I can't gain weight, and I can't gain weight. I've been ~80 kilos for 15 years, no matter what I eat or how much I exercise and sleep.
