I know people seem to think management, but it doesn't appear to be so. I think the people thinking she setup a 3d mocap studio are probably closest. she might have got some cover investment, maybe has some contractual agreements, but i think that's what's happening. i bet cover will be contracting ame's 3d studio for EN mocap... something like that especially if they put up some of the money for it, would qualify her as both an affiliate and a former employee.
