On one hand, you know nothing lasts forever and eventually someone would have to leave, the writing has been on the wall for a long while with her drop in activity, her getting sick frequently and moving homes fairly often, so I had to time shallow the idea before it happened
Then on the other hand it's fucking gut-wrenching actually seeing it happen and knowing it's real and there's no turning back, especially knowing how much a of bulwark Ame was for HoloEN during those rough earlier days in 2020 and 2021 or her much her general existence has influenced /hlgg/ (and thusly this board) with a million one silly in-jokes ("AMMMMMMMMMMMMME"posting, THEY AREposting, RAINFOREST GODSposting, etc) and delusional hoping she'd be able to bounce back one day and knowing it's not going to happen really hurts
Even listening to her talk about her soon to be pseudo-graduation where she's gone but not really, I wish she would've just went on a long-hiatus or something and come back when she's in a better head-space
