Ok let me recap some things in actual good faith

This strikes me as two things. First, cover forbiding Ame to explicitly say what's wrong, and second, Ame likes Hololive and the girls, she would not just say "yeah management suck I'm out".

Given all of this, it's kinda obvious to me what's going on. This whole stream she didn't refer to her future outside of hololive at all, I'd not take any of the things she said today as cope for her indie future, she's giving hope to teamates and hololive fans in some sort of "but you see, I won't die! I'll still be here sometimes!" with this carefree over-optimistic attitude that characterizes Ame.
BUT it's also obvious to me that the simplest explanation for her departure IS Hololive bureaucracy. Nothing crazy about the family, nothing personal, etc. Just Ame, a highly creative and spontaneous talent, not willing to keep up with the permission bs and waiting times. And seeing how the others understood so easily, talked about Ame creativity and ideas, and what she said about her actual reasons (plus the X thing); I think she's going indie
