I would say when those kind of regular posts dried up was the very very beginning of her "change". Where you could see her passion for the role dwindled. Which is again why I'm glad she can move on and hopefully find something that can reignite the joy and wonder she found at the beginning. I think the other members feel the same way too, and which is why they know this decision is the best for her.
I'm just glad we got to be around for when she was at her best and could experience the things such as those early years membership posts. For me, nothing will ever replace those moments of waking up and seeing the little green text indicating Ame has something weird, cute and interesting to share.
